Paperclips and Sand

Q: How much does it cost for delivery / packing / postage / shipping?
A: Nothing. Nada. Zip-de-doo. Not a sausage. Not even a small bean. Yes, all shipping is FREE. That's how much Jo wants to rush you her lovely music.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: If you have ordered a download, it should be sent to you by email straight away. If you have ordered some old-fangled touchy-feely stuff, then we will send it to you as fast as our little hands can package it up; usually about 5 working days or so for UK deliveries and 10 working days internationally. If you end up waiting longer, send us an email. If you're really lucky, the packaging may be graced by the fingerprints of Jo Mango herself.

Q: How secure is the ordering process?
A: All your orders and personal details will be mangled up and transmitted securely so it's virtually impossible for anybody else to get their hands on them. And we don't keep any information on file (especially not credit card details) which makes the possibility of them being stolen even slimmer (if that were possible). And if something goes really wrong, look at the gig listings and you'll see where to find us...

Q: What's your returns policy?
A: If something arrives damaged or doesn't work properly, just post it back to us and we'll hustle another one out to you straight away, or refund your credit card, whichever you prefer.

Q: Can I get the CD artwork / T-shirt signed?
A: Of course! But only if you come to a gig. Then Jo will sign it in front of your very eyes...
